The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The location was ideal, right by the Christmas market and easily accessible to local attractions. However, parking was problematic, with lengthy waits and limited spaces. The room had a dated feel, and the dining experience was disappointing, particularly the undercooked vegetables in my meals.

Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied.
I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The room was in poor repair, featuring stained ceilings and a broken sink that made the experience uncomfortable. Even when we requested to change rooms, the second one had heating issues and was just as unkempt, leading to a frustrating stay overall.

We visited the scenic forest trails and enjoyed some fun at the indoor climbing walls. The location's perfect for checking out everything the West of Ireland has to offer. Pro tip for future guests, breakfast was decent, and a big plus was the spacious classic double room and friendly staff. We definitely had a memorable stay!
Only downside was the restaurant's inflexibility regarding the dining options. We were disappointed that we couldn't swap our dinner for lunch when the main restaurant was closed, making our first night a bit lackluster.
